There are a lot of reasons for this. It could be due to the fact that most of us have desk jobs and spend most of our shift hunched over a computer. And because our schedule rarely permits us to take the time off to exercise, our muscles are stretched to the limit and thereby we began developing poor posture which in return resulted in pain, stiffness and damage to our back.
